Hi All,

Past few months I've been feeling like there is just so much crap that is out there. So I decided to scrap all the things I thought I 'needed' or 'loved'.

The list includes -
1. FACEBOOK - it's not really socializing. There are plenty of doctors who say it causes depression and anxiety.
2. TV - commercials are really good at making you want things you don't need.
3. Radio - commercials are really good at making you want things you don't need.
4. News - most news is totally irreverent to your life. It is aliens are coming, I'm sure you'll find out.
5. Movies - stories that make you think about things that are relevant to your life goals.
6. Games - not actually reality.
7. Caffeine - artificial energy, after about a week, you don't need it.

What I do now
1. Exercise every day - have so much more energy all around.
2. Eat healthy - more energy.
3. Sleep till I am rested.

All of the above have are basically distractions from getting what you really want. They are not reality.

It is important to take time to think about where you come from, where you are now, where you want to be, and how you are going to get there. With all the discretions ALL THE TIME, it is so hard to do it.

Let me tell you, I have been on my detox for about 3 weeks, I know where I want to be, I have a plan of how to get it, and overall I am so much HAPPIER as a person!
