If you experienced something, that something originated in you
This is both a freeing and stinging truth.
It doesn't mean that you wanted or intended certain things to happen, or that you're being "punished."
The universe doesn't pick sides, and it doesn't play favorites. It's absolute.
Much of what you see in your life was created on a subconscious level, but you must take full ownership of everything that happens - without judging yourself incessantly - to be free.
