Listeners are learners

You can't learn until you've listened. You need to quiet your mind to be receptive to knowledge, for if you don't listen, you can't learn.

Learners pick up information continually, like a sponge. They are open to whatever comes their way. They don't accept every idea but they are open, and listening.

How well do you listen? How have you improved your listening skills.

      This is soo true but it also means that you need to make sure you don't absorb the unnecessary or negative comments.

      That being said, listening more allows you to improve on being selective in what you let sink into your subconscious and what you block immediately.
