Is the comfort zone your home?

How comfortable are you with being uncomfortable?

I've become more accustomed to becoming uncomfortable, can embrace it more easily. Is it always fun? Not really, but it is growth, and growing can be painful.

Note, you don't have to suffer. If you embrace being uncomfortable you will feel pain at times but suffering won't happen; no residual feeling that you're holding on to.

So what's your take on the comfort zone? What can you do to push yourself out of it?

Will be uneasy at first, but getting out of comfort zone has its own benefits specially you when want to reach new goals which you think would be not easy.

This is true, it's not easy when you aren't accustomed to travelling out of your comfort zone.

With practice however, you improve in this area. It becomes quite simple to do things that can be uncomfortable, for it feels normal.

I agree.. growing can be painful, but the important thing is to practice, practice, practice and set small goals.

Interesting... I've just realized that participating in forums is a little uncomfortable for me.

For me, personally, the biggest concern is how not to get into the stress zone. Because, stress zone is equally unproductive as comfort zone.

      Hi Alex,

Me too, for a long time.

I feared being criticized in forums because I thought I didn't know what I was talking about. I also didn't want anyone to disagree with me, for it pi**ed me off, lol

With time, meditation and study I was able to remove these blockages, and by acting consistently what was once uncomfortable became much more comfortable to me.

I seriously want to get out of my comfort zone here. I think getting out of comfort zone is also a habit. I dont have this habit right now. Not that much, but i guess, its matter of practice.

Unfortunately, staying in my comfort zone is not only a safe place for me, but it is definitely holding me back from all I want to accomlish online. It's the scary stepping out into unknown areas of internet marketing and putting myself and my business/products out there that causes me to fall back into the safe place.

So, one of my new goals needs to be to feel uncomfortable as I am moving forward in this business.
