I've been working on my squeeze page and came up with this worksheet for the 120% rule.
I'd to share it with you. It would be lovely to hear some feedback

The Rule: You have to produce 120% of the expected result. Only then you will develop emotional attachment of your customers, readers, partners and friends. There are two basic principles: over delivering and being unique. I should warn: the number 120% is not based on some statistical research, but rather on my own experience.

So, these questions are designed to help you understand your current situation in business or in relationships. They will also help you find some ways to improve your marketing, customer satisfaction and personal relationships.

Work, IM, business, job:
Over delivering:
1. What do others expect from me?
2. What is usually expected from a person in my position?
3. What are my responsibilities?
4. What can I add to the above to "sweeten the deal"? ...To improve the result? ...to over deliver?

Being unique:
1. What skills do my (potential) customers need but no one around seems to possess them?
2. What knowledge should I acquire additionally?
3. What is the service that (almost) nobody provides?
4. What bonuses (almost) nobody gives?
5. Why am I different? (one sentence answer)
6. How can I be different from others in a positive way?

Relationships:

Over delivering:
1. What do people around expect from me?
2. How, when and to whom can I offer my help?
3. How can I do more than I'm asked to?(every time you're asked to do something)
4. What would be nice to have done?

Being unique:
1. What good personal qualities are scarce in our society?
2. How can I enhance my thinking? How can I develop it?
3. What skills are scarce and valued?
4. What can I learn that just a few can do?
5. What good deed almost nobody does (nowadays)?

Was it of any use to you?
