Sometimes, we tend to stress ourselves out too much and can't think properly. When you took a break you gave yourself time to recharge and look at things with a fresh mindset. I know I try no to take breaks, but sometimes I just have too. Afterwards I feel like a completely new person.

      Just my 2 cents.

      God bless,

Its strange that when I work for more than 10 hours per day on my online business, I don't seem to accomplish much. When I reduce the amount of time I work per day, I experience better results and increase in income. This is totally curious and makes me wonder about this whole thing!!!

Every internet marketer goes through a phase in which they get frustrated by putting in lots of hours of work and don't get any results. We've all thought about quitting and giving up. Hell, I've thought about it. Sometimes the best thing to do is to take a break and give your brain a rest, whether its a couple of days or a week. When you get back into the grove of things you'll feel better and essentially work smarter.

A change is always as good as a rest, that is why full time employees are encouraged to take an annual leave to rejuvenate, we are all human and need a break once in a while.

Isn't funny how our minds lie to us? It tells you that "IF YOU DON'T STICK TO IT YOU'RE GONNA LOOSE IT!!" - but instead...when you let go, something much better can take it's place. It's like this with everything in life.

I've also been guilty of spending 18 hours a day on my PC trying to figure stuff out until I noticed that I was acting in complete opposite to my core beliefs and then changed it. Works much better

In the book "The Power of Full Engagement" they talk about what separates the top 5 or so Tennis players from the Top 50. And the Top 5 have the habit of immediately releasing the racket from their hand after they played one side in order to rejuvenate. It's powerful to let go. It shows confidence.

Yes indeed. From time to time we need to take a step back, and reflect. Take a walk round the park; enjoy the wonders of creation around you; be still and get to know the Might One; review your life creed.

Good article no doubt. After 9-10 hours behind the PC you just waste your time if you don't let go for at least few hours.
