If however you feel flooded with options, you can't get anything done. You might feel excited at first, like a kid in a candy store, but eventually you become overwhelmed and can't make a decision.
Prevent option parlysis - or information overload - by getting crystal clear on what you want.
When you know what you want, you think less about what you don't want, including mental clutter.
