How to prevent option paralysis

It's OK to keep your options open.

If however you feel flooded with options, you can't get anything done. You might feel excited at first, like a kid in a candy store, but eventually you become overwhelmed and can't make a decision.

Prevent option parlysis - or information overload - by getting crystal clear on what you want.

When you know what you want, you think less about what you don't want, including mental clutter.
