In internet marketing human is very important because it is not easy to earn money with out competence and knowledge and expertise in the said field and most especially personality - patience since it is not easy as eating peanut earning online most especially if you are newbie.

Im looking at this as a business owner.

Human capital is very important, if you are looking to compete in a very competitive market or just want to automate your business.

for example if you wanted to jump into a market that is very competitive and you need writers to write quality articles and compete with the writers that are already out there taking up the market, that give good tips and entices a customer to buy.

You would differently need good human capital. because if you hire a writer that doesn't know the niche, bad grammer, and doesnt know how to sell. Then you will be spending alot more money then ROI. (return on investment)

The way I look at it, most of us are in business to have good ROI not the other way around.

Human Capital is indeed very important because as you delegate some of your work you need someone who will do it right the first time, it saves time and is cost effective. How you select this resource is key.

Your human capital is exactly what separates your company from the rest.

It's a qualitative, not a quantitive measure. This is what brings problems to the companies that lay off old workers to bring in new ones. Tacit knowledge is very important in any field. It's hard to transfer from one employee to another, but essential for managers to recognize.

For me, human capital is a nice enough theory, but it doesn't really take account of the perpertual student or the procrastinator. If you look at the knowledge and the education that they have, it'll be impressive.

But that in itself is not enough to create anything, or to produce something that's economically valuable. To do so, you must take action and learn from your mistakes, however hard that might be at first. After all, look at all of the billionaires, like Richard Branson, who left school early to start up a company? I'd argue that they didn't really have the business knowledge when they started out, but it was something that was gained and acquired through hard work and experience.

True. I agree. Just because a person or human capital seems they are qualified for the job doesn't necessarily mean they are qualified. Myself personally would use that as to see if they are capable of learning and how fast they are capable of learning. Plus there are other techniques you can use to find out this persons work ethics like how many jobs have they had in the past 6 months or year. If this person hasn't had a stable job for years then that would inform me that they might not be reliable.

I will not use that as a final technique to make a desicion, but in combination with others. I will also see if this person has street smarts. Because someone with all book knowlege will just know that, how to study and know theories. But all of us know in this world of business online or offline, results is what keeps us in business not studying everything in the book.

Don't get me wrong Im not saying that college is a waste of time, I have my B.A. in business but a mix of college and street knowlege would help out your bottom line when using human capital.
