What's the most effective way to improve website traffics, other than using SEO?

Hi, I was searching for an information on the net about generating more traffics to my blog. Aside from doing SEO, can you please recommend me the fastest ways to bring more visitors and create more traffics to my website?

    I have seen web addresses on vehicles that may be a start. Otherwise I'm not really sure what you are getting at.

      does paid traffic really work ? i've heard some of paid traffic company just use bots, or low quality visitor, but i don't know the truth

        Yes, paid traffic is good but it depends on what you are promoting. Usually, based on my experience it's good in increasing alexa ranking and adsense earnings but you must be careful not to drive too much of this kind of traffic to your adsense websites otherwise google might terminate your account. Just send paid traffic not more than 2K two to three times a week and I guess you'll be under their radar.

        Also, there are so many fake paid traffics being offered so be careful or you'll just be throwing away your money. PM me if you want recommendations.

    Other than SEO, the other most effective way is by using PPC. It's expensive, takes time to perfect and is a little risky, but it brings in good traffic.

    Ya, PPC can really serve as a good substitute for SEO. But u must have a good PPC campaign in order to attract the visitors.

    I would recommend PPC other than SEO but it costs a lot and doesn't guarantee the permanent traffic. You may lose your visitors so quickly as u will stop running your campaigns

    Great question. Great answers.

    I guess it all really depends on how far you're willing to take it. Doesn't it?

    If you do a couple videos, explaining your product, or service, tweet it a lot, build relationships with other authority tweeters and put your information in front of them, you're bound to get exposure.

    If you actually get out of the shadows (something a lot of marketers will not do) and start talking to people, if your content is good, people will naturally link to it and send traffic your way. That means you actually have to humanize your operation. OOOOO.

    Lastly, focusing on 20-30 authority blogs will get you great results. Pick them, comment on their stuff, interact with the other commenters and make a name for yourself. Traffic, links and exposure rush in when you're doing these kinds of things.

      Well, we could come up with the holy answer "good content" but what does that mean?

      You have already read a bit about this from other comments: You have to add yourself to the site.

      Add your own passion into the site, go and market it, start connections with other webmasters, so that they actually want to link to your site.

      It will be a lot of effort, but those connections are something that will add to your business for a long time.

      Once you see some people linking to your site in forum posts or on their blog posts, you know that you have genuine visitors that really could take something from what you put out there.
