It is a very good site. I like a lot its design and how easy you can access a video. The idea to separate them into main cathegories was a good one. Thanks for telling us about it!

However, I couldn't figure out why I should revisit your site - i prefer youtube. probably a few interactive elements might help ?

Try to find out from someone of authority at your school the name of the speaker. Tell them you were impressed by the video and you want more information on him. If he is a motivational speaker chances are he likely has his own website and, from that, you can likely find more information on him and his son and perhaps even the video itself. Once you have his name, you may even be able to find it on Youtube.
