How To Do This With NLP?

Hi Warriors. I want to do the following: when I have tod some dreaded task I feel so bad and end up procrastinating. Is there a way to change how I feel about those tasks? I think it is changing submodalities but I am not sure how to do it

    You need to elicit your own motivation strategy for something like this (or know the motivational strategy of someone else).

    The run the motivational pattern and then do the task.

    You probably won't get a lot of responses to posts like these for 2 reasons:

    1) Not many people here are certified in NLP
    2) Those who are, charge money for their help

    A much better solution than forcing yourself to do things you don't like would simply be outsource the task to someone. Depending on what you're looking for, you can get it done on Odesk for $1 - $3 an hour.

    The piece of mind alone is worth the price.
