Leader vs Boss...Which one you Prefer...

Giving orders, showing your power, your autority act like a dominator and finally be proud of your work and congrats yourself.
Do you think that's a boss or a leader?...
Well, trust me it's a boss that loves to be in the front of people to manage them and finally ignore them for what they've done.

Many of us know people that call themselves leaders, because they have a hand of people under control. The only difference is that they have no ideea how to manage them... so actually they only give orders. like a boss.
In my opinion, on a long-term those poeple will realize that the person ( boss) is only using them for his benefits. I know it's hard to believe but it's more than real. Finally if you act like a boss, sorry to dissapoint you but sooner or later you will fail.

I'll give you a quote to encourage you to act like a leader, even if is difficult...
To be a leader, you must stand for something, or you will fall for anything...
Again, the quote is real.

A few things that you must know if you want to be a leader and offer value to your employes or people around you.

1. Leaders are made, not born; are made more by themselves than by any external means
2. They accept team-work
3. They have a vision, knowing the road, how to drive others on that road.
4. They know the price of success - dedication, hard work, unremitting devotion for their actions.
I need to tell you that beying a leader requires humility, simplicity, trust, sacrifice. You are not born with those skills, you must learn them by acting, beying humble in your activities and be ready to offer value to others.

In my opinion, the best leader example from world creation and now is Jesus. The best Leader model who offered value and teached them valuable things like: humility, humbleness and dedication.
First I would recomend you to read the Bible and then John C. Maxwell's books. They are a real example in nowadays in how to be a leader, a successful one and how to offer value.

One more thing I want to say and I want to end with it is:
If you can dream, you can act and if you can act, you can become...
#boss…which #dream #humbleness and dedication #humility #leader #prefer #success

I believe there are natural born leaders and there are men and women who have worked hard to become good leaders. Then, of course, there are the bosses who, no matter how hard they try, will never be true leaders.

John C. Maxwell is a great role-model for those who want to become a better leader. I've read several of his books and watched a few videos. He is a vibrant teacher and leader.

I feel leader have high status than boss. We all praise leaders socially, but we hardly see people praising its boss. But leader too has a great responsibility on his shoulders. He must take care of it properly.

There truly is a vast difference between a leader and a boss.

      Jesus was a great leader.
      Hitler was a great boss.
      lol

I also think children are great leaders because they show us how pure & innocent life can be when our greater faculties (imagination & intuition) are activated & used. Leaders lead by example that's why we look up to them instead of resenting them.

Actually, I do think Hitler is a good leader - he committed a LOT of atrocities, but he actually made his people believe that it's right to do so. Plus he's the guy who got Germany back together after WWI. He's a *******, but you have to hand it to him.

I would love to be the leader. The boss has the power to order. The leader has the power to turn everyone against the boss!
