        Human Capital is the most important and most valuable resource of all. Yet, investing in human capital is low and seemingly unimportant when everywhere you turn there are more cuts in education, health care and quality of life.

        Human Capital is an asset yet companies pay wages and treat them like expenses to be reduced instead of capitalized like a real investment that is watched and well taken care of.

        Invest time OR money - paying with both makes the price too high. That's why new people in business don't make any money - they invest too much of both instead of one or the other. The time to pay the GURU is when your investment in time starts paying off.

    It is not fair if you compare Human resource with financial resource. Human resource is much more important and precious than any thing else. It is the key factor in your path to success.

      If the human resource is so much more important and precious, then why do all of the human resources chase the financial resource? Shouldn't it be the other way round?

    One more thought: human resources must be unequal in value across the globe given the differing wage/pay structure in the various countries. If that is true, wouldn't you say that the financial resource will always overshadow the human resource?

        People invest in other projects and neglect human resource simply because they do not know the value of investing in human capital, if only they know, they would reverse the process. very sad.....

    For me, Financial Resource should come first. Only if, you are just starting a business. Because you can't start a business without a financial resource. It would be very hard to get human resource without it.

    Hi Guys!
    Human resource is very much important because they able to manage employees effectively and this could be easily achieved with hr software that brings organizations lots of gains in terms of productivity, efficiency, and so on. however, the long-terms benefits, benefits you would gain when you use the product for a period of time. However, there are some immediate short-term benefits that you can gain too;

    1. Centralization
    2. Everyone becomes smarter
    3. Data-driven approach

    This way, the performance of the business function and its effectiveness can be measured.
