Doing More With Less

I am sure you must have heard about " Doing More With Less".

In good times, this is used to improve productivity and in bad times it is used to reduce cost.

I do applied the corporate principles to my business for success. One example is LEAN six sigma to cut wastes , delays and vaiations. I used benchmarking to get the best practices for my products and improve my processes.

Can you share your success stories with fellow warriors?

    I've worked with Lean Six Sigma for several years now in the corporate world. I just launched my website (successinworkandfamilylife.com) to help business entrepreneurs and professionals find a healthy work life balance with the help of business process improvement tools like Lean, Six Sigma and others.

    I think there is lots of potential to apply Lean in e-commerce.

      Lean is applied to reduce wastages. I think the collective efforts and sharings in IM has produced the desired effect where the business process is streamlined to achieve the outcome in the shortest possibe time. The manner in which it is done has no parallels in the traditional business model.
