Interesting isn't it...Anyway somethimes it happens to everyone. Especially to me when I'm in a bad mood or I'm not feeling well....it happens to act tomorrow.
The idea is that in our profesional domain and daily routine...how we manage our activities and goals?...
#act #makes #today #tomorrow
  • I always scare that if I don't make some money today , I will screw up by my mom , and as soon as fired up , kick start the scheduling process on what task should be do, even I'm a total newbie I MUST know what I should do and ask for any mentor and master to guide through me with tips and idea.

Is like work at all cost... LOL

We have to stop trusting our future selves. There's always a million reasons not to do something, it's actually doing it that pays off.

      I like this line.

It's all too easy to think that our future self will create our future, that our future self will do all the grunt work.

Of course it's our *present* self that has to do the work!

      Cheers,
      Gordon

Generally, for me, it happens when I am sad . It also happens when I cannot do a thing.

There is nothing like getting your feet moving that will get you moving. It is like going to the gym. More often than not, most of us do not want to go. But once you are there momentum comes. Then when you are finished, you are jazzed that you went and can scarcely remember why you did not want to go.

So when you find yourself doing the, "I will get to it tomorrow" routine. Stop right there. Decide instead to take one step today, even if it only ONE LITTLE step. Momentum comes easier than you think.

I think that the laziness in everyone is what makes them think this honestly. Just thinking that there is always tomorrow I have done enough, that doesn't get you anywhere in my opinion but everyone has those days. Its just how you act on it that truly shows what you will accomplish.

We tend to put those things off that we know we "should do" but but don't want to. When I work with a client, who repeatedly tells me they have not completed specific steps toward their goal, I ask them a simple yet uncomfortable question. That question is "if your goal is so important then why haven't you taken the steps which you set out"? Often times with a little proding on my part and some brutal honesty on their part it is revealed that the while the goal is a good one they are not passionate or committed to it. Which is why I always work with my clients to help them to follow their passion and not the almighty buck. When its your passion its much easier to stay on track and see the mission thru to the end.

      To Your success,
      Mike

wow! u are a genius! but money as a motivation, I'm sometimes confused because for now, this is what motivates me to work, I have to be honest. I guess the time hasn't come yet for me to realize what my true passion is....

    Hi:

    Shireen here :-)

No offense, but I don't believe in "doing it tomorrow..."

When I feel like doing something tomorrow, I'll think about the bad consequence of procrastinating.

Then I'll act straight away & do it now :-)

I think such issue gets resolved with experience. You can assess the situation much more fluently once you will gain experience. So, there's nothing to worry about.

For this there's a very simple saying, "tomorrow never comes". If you push it on to the next day, you will only be more lethargic.

Doing tomorrow what you should of done today does not work. If you do tomorrow what you should of done today, when are you going to do tomorrows work?

Use that thought process just two times a month, by the end of the year, you are now 24 days behind, when are you going to make up those 24 days.

Its a viscous circle that will perpetually make you stressed out, anxious, unhappy and make life a bit of a hell hole for yourself.
