The Number (1) Reason Why You're Not Making Money Online and How To Correct It In 5minutes

Hello Warriors,
Nothing new here, just some old truth. The number one reason why people fail

Ever wondered how many hours you use reading? Staying or surfing forums for exactly nothing? Getting more and more information without actually using them?...you've got to change if you want to become successful.

Tell me a marketer you know who made all his money surfing forums for NO reason and digesting information on every available topic WITHOUT actually using the info...tell me one person like this and I'll owe you one!

Finally, go get your hands on something proven! Go write that article, leave the forum IF NEED be, close your facebook and twitter...go write that blog post you've been planning to write since...go start that marketing campaign...go search the forum for information if that's what you need now...go...just go get that task done.

Are you still reading this?
20% of your actions will produce 80% of your result in life, business or wherever...

To a wonderful day,
Tim

I have clear guidelines and a checklist each day of what needs to be done to keep my IM business alive.

Without this I would probably be lost, but yes, action makes the money not sitting watching your Outlook inbox

I agree with your method. Knowing exactly what to do and when to do it helps alot.

The name of this game is focus till you get it!

I think your title is misleading. You basically told people to leave the forums and find something that works (which would be found at the forums), and you didn't provide the "One thing" people need to "start making money today".

I know a lot of successful internet marketers that spend all their time on forums. They aren't just reading and digesting useless information. They are building relationships, asking questions, answering questions, and in effect building their business.

Others spend loads of time on the forums promoting services that they make a full time living on. Article writers, professional coders, website designers, and backlink services. If these people got off the forum, they may be out of business...

What about those people that dont know where to start, and need answers. Yes, there is a lot of useless crap on these kinds of forums... Have you seen forums for video games? People hijack entire threads for hundreds of posts, and theres little moderation. Could you imagine what would happen if all the admins of the WF disappeared for a month?

Things have to be looked at from a persons own perspective. Not everyone learns the same, and not everyone contains the same knowledge. If we did have a hive mind, we would have no use for marketing.

      Teravel,
Not to sound harsh but, did you read this phrase well?
Finally, go get your hands on
      something proven! Go write
      that article, leave the forum,
      close your facebook and
      twitter...go write that blog
post you've been planning to write since...go start that
      marketing campaign...go
      search the forum for
      information if that's what you
      need now...go...go...go...
If you read that place although, it'll give you the idea me what I'm talking about. What I'm saying simply is to go find something that works and get that work done. If it involves using the forums, do. If not, just get it done. Simple'

The best way to gogogo is to do it.

You simply have to make up your mind to do so.

      Easier said than done, sure.

In the forums you can find many valuable informations about IM, advertising, and other ways to earn money, but you cant exactly earn money just being on the forum... my opinion is that you need to use knowledge from the forums, to earn money by your own actions! regards

I can't agree less with that statement. The forum is there as a goldmine and if you really need it, you've got to dig it! Know exactly what you need to get done and get it done.

So true, the best way to make success happen for you is to act. The 80/20 rule applies to everyone's life in so many ways.

A month ago I wrote about 5 articles of which one gets traffic equivalent to the rest combined seems the 20 80 rule is spot on for this task

From the sharing so far, I guess each of us has our own ways to get going, for myself I fidn the 80/20 rule helpful too. Alongside that, some structure, in terms of a general "timetable" for the day works best for me to help me stay focus too.

Doing is the way to go.

It's really easy to get lost in the loop of forums and other
hang out places with a sense that you are doing your work
whereas you are achieving very little.

Also, forums give you a sense of comfort and you don't want
to go out and actually do the work cause it gives you discomfort,
but when you start it gets easier and easier over time.

20% of the people control 80% of the money in our economy. The one thing these winners have in common is that they set goals and actually write them down and stick to the plan, use forums as such a resource for material and how to- but do not get so side tracked you do not stay committed to your outcome and the steps to make it a reality.
