Too many ideas/projects run concurrently and all demand for time!

    The real problem is FOCUS.
Lack of focus makes people never accomplish anything

Years ago when I started it used to be not being able to concentrate on one project. I used to jump from product to product for a while until I realized I would never find success.

You also need to be able to separate yourself from the rest of the world when you are working on your project. Turn of cell phone, turn off facebook, turn off email. Setting aside time for your work during the day is crucial.

    Hope it helps

Not writing my daily to do list. I am amazed at how much more I get done when I am looking at my to do list, completing 1 thing on it, marking it off, and moving on to the next thing. It is very liberating to be accomplishing things all day as well.
