    That's good advice, Niche Man. Studies have shown that most of our thoughts are repetitive. Other studies have shown as much as 75% of our thoughts are negative. That tells me an awful lot of people are locked into negative thought patterns.

    It's nothing more than programming though, and that programming can be replaced with more beneficial programming. We just need to identify our negative thought patterns and write a new program for ourselves. The affirmations are a form of programming our thinking to be more beneficial. If we use our affirmations often enough and long enough our subconscious mind will catch on and start acting on the new programming instead of continually offering up the old, negative stuff.

    When our thinking changes, the results we experience will follow.
