I second The One Thing by Gary W Keller. That books is transformational in getting you focused and achieving results. The man built one of the largest real estate companies in the world. That says something about the success of the approach.

Another great book I suggest is The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy.
The book is a goldmine of great ideas and points you can implement to see changes. The Audio books is great as you can feel the enthusiasm and high level of production from it.

If you're looking for a quick Read that helps to get you back on track take a look at Brian Tracy's "Eat that Frog". Its an amazing book that's quick to read and provides many great ideas to implement.

I'm putting the finishing touches on the rough draft of my second book about self-discovery and personal growth through international travel and pushing personal boundaries. It will in part be a memoir of the last decade of my life since leaving California at 18 and the 40+ countries I have been to since, but mostly a guide for others seeking to find themselves through inquiry and exploration. I'd love to get some beta readers from the Warrior Forum help me refine it before release. Let me know if you like to be one of the first readers.

I started reading books on self-development in the beginning of this year, and what I found is that there is a lot of cool stuff by Brian Tracy, Jack Canfield, Tony Robbins, but what makes me extremly motivated is listening to audiobooks on The Law Of Attraction.
I understand how it works, it worked for me in past, and it works for me right now (because I couldn't speak English a few years ago, and my ability to write this message is the result of my desire to learn English).
Today I will be listening to the second part of "The Greatest Secret of All: Simple Steps to Abundance, Fulfillment, and a Life Well Lived" by Marc Allen.
There is nothing new in this book, but it makes me more motivated and inspired.

The book I want to recommend to everyone is "21 Secret of Self-Made Millionaires" by Brian Tracy.
It's a short, but extremly powerfull book.

But I believe that the best book on self-development is the one you're reading right now.

    Actually there are many like
    The 48 Laws of Power
    Think and Grow Rich
Mindsight etc. But, in modern life we don't have enough time to read books. You prefer to spend time over internet rather than reading books. I think internet could be a useful resource to improve yourself. There are many blogs and sites available on self-development. I personally follow few blogs and sites regularly.
