Yoshiro Nakamatsu is the worlds greatest inventor at over 3,200 inventions beating out Thomas Edison which only has over 1000.

Its worth mentioning his "secret" technique for gaining clarity and creative process. And his secret technique is holding his breath and swimming underwater. Its very simple, but works. He also does weight lifting which also helps him with his creative process.

Nakamatsu has a plexiglass underwater so while he holds his breath he can also write ideas underwater. He has created things like the digital watch, floppy disk, and works with IBM on new ideas continually.

There are a lot of good effects from exersicing, like endorphins. And Its called a "runners" high and thats why you feel good after working out.

Nakamatsu also trains young kids to "become a genius" and one of the ways it through memorization and then free association.

And some therapists have notice the relationship of being "depressed" or unhappy with the lack of breathing correctly. By simply breathing correctly, exersicing, eating the right foods, and doing the right mental exercises, will help you become smarter, happier, and more creative.

I wonder how many people will go from not working out, not swimming, and not using diaphragmatic breathing, to using these techniques, as a result of this post?

These techniques will make you happier, "smarter", healthier, and more creative.

Some people can have the information handed on a silver platter and still won't take action. Which is why people need to be charged for it.

People just get caught up in buying the next latest, greatest, magic pill, that's out there. When I exercise I always like to swim and run and keep my heart rate at a certain level for a certain amount of time. This releases endorphins which make you feel better. Apparently, cocaine also has an endorphin like effect on the brain as well..

And not only will you be happier, healthier, more creative- you'll also look better, feel better, and have more confidence.

Reading about theories on "mental toughness" is boring and doesn't always work. What I eat, how I exercise, AND mental techniques, all make a difference. Some self development "experts" only promote there "brain changing" techniques, which won't always work because mental techniques aren't the only thing holding people back.
