The book that changed my life
Hi,
I just want to share here the title of a book that realy made a diference in my life, it's called José Silva Method. You can check it out on the silva method site.
Since I've been writing on my little book the things that I want (which helps me to keep focus) and write there as well the things that I am obtaining and how I do it my life is much better. I don't waste as much time I used to.
Unfortunately I'm still not that strick with me and I don't meditate as much as I should but I'll get there.
Anyway I'm sure each of us as it's ways to keep focus, this is my path and I just wanted to share with you guys.
