Do you listen to audio books to help you succeed?

Hey all,

I have a lot of meditation and hypnotherapy audio's on my ipod but recently downloaded Rhonda Byrne's 'The Power', which is a follow up to 'The Secret'.

I've been listening to it whilst I've been travelling which has been great but yesterday the information on the audio really hit home, probably because I was doing a mundane cleaning task. As I am currently working in a hostel and will be spending my mornings cleaning I am going to listen to this every day and hopefully will see some positive signs.

Tip - just a little one, if you have any audios but haven't spent time listening to them, do it when you have got a mundane task to do as they will compliment each other.

The Power - for those of you who haven't read/listened or heard about it, this is Rhonda's 2nd book and I think is much better than The Secret and is so more powerful - if you haven't read The Secret you don't need to as the information is tucked up in the new product.

Question - Do you have any recommendations for other self-development audios that I can listen to? I'm going to be working at the hostel for 2 weeks so have got a lot of cleaning to do

Hope you all have a splendid and productive day.

learningstrategies (.com) has some awesome programs.

Not all of them are conducive to mutli-tasking but some of them are.

Even the ones they are not, can be, if you use them as reinforcements and not as the only exposure to them.

I'm getting a lot out of the Laurie Diamond Feng Shui course right now.

Brilliant - thanks for the recommendations. I will look into them as I have finished listening to The Power now.

It was even more powerful today as it made me think of some really great business ideas - need to obviously do some research into them but I really believe they could be powerful.

Since I spend most of my day in front of computer screen I get tired of reading so I often listen to audio books. It's less stressful for my neurons

I definitely suggest any audio book by Napoleon Hill. He's "the dad of success and self help literature".

I listen to a lot of stuff on long journeys. Mostly Esther Hicks (monthly CD's) or Tony Robbins.

It's so easy to listen whilst you are driving.

If you can...it's a good idea to get the Silva Life System - it's a learning experience that will stay with you for the rest of your life.

I've learned a lot of different techniques that work wonders. From programming myself to get up at a specific time to my all-time favorite technique called: "The Mirror of the Mind."

You've had some great suggestions from Silva Life System to Tony Robbins. I would HIGHLY recommend Gerry and Esther Hicks and her integration of ABRAHAM. It really explains things in such a unique way. It talks about The Law of Attraction, The Art of Allowing...It is not enough to simply send this energy out into the Universe, you must be open to RECEIVE.

My favorite inspiration author is Dr. Wayne Dyer. He gives you just as much rah-rah as Tony Robbins, but in a simpler, down-home style.

Wow - I've just come back to this thread and I'm so pleased to see all the suggestions, although this means A LOT of reviewing to find the right audio for me!

I'll let you know what I go with - I have 2 bathrooms and plenty of windows to clean today so hopefully it will make it more enjoyable PLUS I hope to feel inspired to do some more IM work after listening to it.
