Do you look back much?

I've been contemplating and typing my thoughts...

What is The Past?
and more importantly...
Where is it now?

You see, some events occurred and sent some messages to you. You took those messages and assigned some feelings to them.

Now those events are gone. They don't exist anymore in this moment of NOW.

All that remains are the feelings and the imagery that you attached to them.

The Good News is...

You have the POWER to change those feelings and imagery which are the only remains of the past.

The moment that you truly "know" that, the past is gone FOREVER and the doors to abundance open.

The second sign is what comes next...

The opportunities and great ideas start pouring into your life. A mind that is based on the
Past, believes that things have to happen in a certain way. That mind then is not ready for abundance...YET...So the first step is to break away from the past to open the door to abundance...

Your mind can accept abundance only when it's released from the PAST.

As I type my thoughts out, I wonder how others let go of the past...Am I on the right track?

    I like this quote..

"Don't look back, something might be gaining on you"

    I forget who wrote it.

I think it's important to analyze your successes and failures but after that you need to move forward!

It might be a little off topic but I thought I would let you know that that quote is often attributed to Negro League star Satchel Page.

It sometimes bothers me when i want to quote somebody but don't have the time to look it up.

The key thing about the past i like to keep in mind is there is nothing I can do about it and no way I can change it.

Oh yes, the past - is textbook of present, it helps to avoid many mistakes. And I often go back to my past, reflect, live again. sometimes too often, a have a lack of time for present and future. So, everything is good in little by little.

The past is what brought you to NOW; so don't just discard it. It has been and always will be there. Use the past as a sort of guide, to keep you on the right track. If you've had a bad one, it has taught you what not to do, what you don't want to be and is helping to create who you are going to become. If it's been a good past, then great for you!
Learn from yours (and others') mistakes, and use the past as another advantage to your present. Remember, you're only doomed if you allow yourself to be.

You are right when you said its the textbook of the present. In fact, it is the mirror of it. When, we see things did well in the past, then we base it from there to live our present but when we failed so much, that's what makes hard sometimes. We cannnot live the present without fully understanding and accepting the reason for our failures in our past. So, it is best to accept things when they are done

It is important that we look back to out past successes or failures. But never let all the bad experiences pull you down, instead consider it as your stepping stone because those experience plays a big part of what you are today. It is the one that molds us to become a better person.

    Interesting question.

I choose to consciously look forward. I also simultaneously choose to consequentially recognize and enable a feature of the mind within my psyche, to remember historical happenstance when intuitively mandated, during interactive periods of conscious experience.

And then there's the implied question of time. What is time?

    What is The Past?
    and more importantly...
    Where is it now?

In case these question seem casual and potentially meaningful for the satisfaction of a questioning intelligence, take a step back and look a little deeper with a clearer more relevant vision.

    WHY?

Why? Because as always; the devil is in the detail. It's just that there's a tendency to overlook and bypass the details when confronted with the simplicity of a yes-no, like-dislike, up-down answer. Of course, this all pertains to what an individual or society for that matter, considers simple.

More importantly to understand, is that the quality of life that is experienced by you the individual, is more than casually relevant. As this is true, it means that a closer consideration as to the why, how, what, when, and or, where, an event or experience of any kind takes place. Like the event of a question.

    THE QUESTIONS...

These earlier questions underscore certain hidden moral preferences as to what might be acceptable trends of thought. In accelerating the process of helping you be a better you, It might be understood that, That's Not Enough In Terms Of A Courage Of Thinking Outside-The-Box, and addressing the 'Actuality' Behind 'Reality'.

And so, in addressing the above related questions with a more complete measure of sanity, I present the following statement with qualification.

There's No Such Thing As Time - ('PFOSH' - Wealth Beyond Reality') - There Is Only The Existence Of Condition.

I More Than Agree With This Statement 100%, and, I do believe a more complete explanation is deserved of this statement.

There's No Such Thing As Time

Time as we recognize it, is an agreed upon fluid atmosphere of condition, that is relative to coordinate positions in spatial presence in relationship to planetary cyclic rotation. There is only the condition of impacting influence as provided by astronomical celestial aspects of radiant energy, as they occur through the celestial embodiments and planetary systems from beyond the absolute of potential - Tom Garris.

As Such, The Past Is Everywhere At All Periods Of Condition...

    So What!

So what does this mean? Well, it means totally nothing, unless you are concerned with being an individual who is concerned about the 'actuality behind reality'. If you are a person who is attentive to this revelation, that means you are also concerned more profoundly with the quality of your life, and possibly, the lives of others, like humanity. No matter what, there will be some degree of relevance in the presented information's, whether they are totally understood or not.

The idea behind writing this, is to encourage you to give yourself permission to encourage your own personal endeavor's towards relevant clarity's of wisdom. I didn't say intelligence, and I didn't say just knowledge. I said wisdom, which will naturally umbrella and embrace both those qualities, PLUS, the unseen feature quality of instinctual sympathetic harmonics towards all things within the survey of one's tangible and virtual environment (i.e.: the natural expression of ethics).

    Do you look back much?

Now think about it; Think about what you just read... Think about a question with a simple one word answer like 'No' or 'Yes', can have a real tangible practical effect on your life, if you just looked behind the scene of the relationships the answer to the question WILL effect.

For instance, only a tiny particle of information that exist behind the scenes of the thing that we recognize and call, time, was mentioned; though 'Time'' was only implied, and not mentioned in the original question.

You might want to ask; 'what's really going on? You'll find, that this question will address itself smartly, in ALL areas of interest, including online marketing. Get it?

    Not Usually Mentioned

Now there's something you might also want to consider that's not usually mentioned. It has to do with consciously saying to yourself , that you should look back on the past in order to learn from and adjust your decision-making process for present and future determinations. In actuality, the learning is intrinsically automatic and harmonically relevant to sympathies within an environment.

In actuality, the exercise of consciously trying to look back to the past, might not be entirely necessary, provided, an individual is in touch with their inner self and sensitivities, that the human vehicle is endowed with and carries to expression through the psyche of their mind. I think you understand, that your physical brain, ingrains memory experiences onto itself, thereby automatically registering that experience into the being of a beneficial or detrimental circumstance.

Getting personal, your inner instinct, psyche, intelligence, emotions, physical breathing and temperature physiology all play a part in connecting ingrained information to an expression of behavioral reality. This stands to reason, that an individual's mental state and inner presence of psyche, supports conscious decisions concerning interaction with ones environment.

It also stands to reason, that the divorce from these inner sensitivities, disallows access to these feature qualities of expression in a casual everyday manner. As humans, we can be guilty of getting in our own way and shooting ourselves in the foot. The effort of having to consciously, 'having to look back', then comes into play as being a mandated relevant mood of activity, in order to further ones evolutionary progress towards any given endeavor. You might really want to look deeper into these paragraph statements.

Yea, this little bit of sharing, might now call into question the answer you might give to a question as simple as, 'Do you look back much?

Like I said, I choose to consciously look forward. How about you?

    Tom

I think at times you should look back...

For example if you have made 90% of your IM profits with one method, you should probably stick with that method!

At the same time, you can't keep looking back and saying "aw man- after doing this for X years, I should be making Y dollars each month!"

Look back at our own mistakes, learn from them and remember the lessons.

Then seal the memories in a letter and post it to nowhere.

Now take out a new piece of paper and start writing what's possible.

An filled letter cannot be written on further but a clean white slate gives you unlimited opportunities.

    Make things happen.

I don't think you need to worry about forgetting your past. If the past was enjoyable, the memories will always be there. If, inyour past there were lessons to have been learned, then you have most likely have learned from the circumstances, and it is now time to move forward. As it has been pointed out, looking back is a good place to reflect, but not to dwell. Your yesterday's failures become your tomorrow's successes, as you are now determined not to make the same mistakes. It is important to learn from them, then forgive yourself for them and move forward. Key here is to forgive and move forward.

Looking back at the past is only helpful if it helps you to move forward, either giving you "negative" motivation (i.e., things that happen in the past that you don't want them to happen now or in the future, so you try strive hard to reach your goals and prevent the "past" from happening again) or there might be some success in the past that you are looking at to recreate or to help you advance your goals now. If looking back at the past only bogs you down with unhappiness and does not push you forward.... then stay clear of it.

Not to be a downer, but years ago I read an article about how most successful people in society who have found themselves at the brink of committing suicide and have done so suffered from a genius they couldn't comprehend themselves. A common characteristic of many of those men/women was depression which was brought on by an inability to leave grasp of the past. Living in the past does not benefit you because what's done is done. One can only change what will happen, and if you change what will happen to your satisfaction, the view in the rear view mirror doesn't matter, because what's ahead is a much more enjoyable sight.
