I agree with you about almost everything. The one thing that I want to add its that this mindset don't only apply to just Internet Marketer, it must be applied to all aspects of our lives.

To resume it: we must believe we can do it, take action in what we learn and don't ever quit to the our desires.

Hey, taking action is most important key of success but If you are interesting with multi-tasking, you should use mindset editor software like Mindjet Manager or some services like bubbl.us. It really helps brain storming and deciding which task should be prioritized.

I would say its even more than belief....... its about KNOWING!!!

If you KNOW that you can succeed, then you WILL!!!

All you need to do is go over to clickbank and look at the counter that keeps going up.... there are thousands of affiliates making money......and there are thousands of marketers making money every single day..... so you KNOW that you can too.

Also you KNOW, that in 6 months time, people who were making no money before, have started making money every day.... you KNOW this because this has been happening for as long as you can remeber, and you KNOW its not going to change...

So now you KNOW that in 6 months... you could be making money just like those others.

KNOW you can succeed and you will!

I agree that belief is probably the cornerstone of the IM mindset, and that the mindset aspects are incredibly important to your success. Here are some of the other pillars:

* Focus - focus single-mindedly on your goals, on developing your business model
* Persistence - don't give up even when faced with so-called "failure" and even if you have to go through some heart-breaking struggle (although not everyone will have to go through this)
* Self-discipline - self-explanatory

There are a few more, but they tend to overlap and include each other. If you stick to belief, it's already a great start!

It very tru bro...thats why i keep telling people your customer will see the belief in whatever product ur selling to them..and that applies to anything not only internet marketing...if your creating a product and does nt believe that it will benefit others..then i gurantee you,your customers will figure it out very quickly...

I find that what you are describing, paralysis of analysis, is extremely common among entrepreneurs but also in an extent among the population in general. Think about all the people who start a new workout routine every January and soon quit when they find out it's just TOO HARD to have the self discipline to do the work every day. It's the same reason most entrepreneurs quit! Before reading anything else, I'd suggest reading something that covers procrastination and go from there..

Thanks for the comment bro...ur defo rite...i mean i can relate to that..procrastination was my best fiend at some point...when i finally realised what harm its causing me...damn i was ready to fight it...i finally got hold of a piece of software given to me by my friend called The Action Machine...i never fought that itll work for me since i tried and failed with more strict methods...but it finally did...and its really very powerful to say the least...

I've been using the Action Machine also, and it is a great piece of software. But after some time, I ended up going to an online stopwatch and just set a timer before I start each task instead

no matter how expert you are in SEO or any marketing stuff. If you are not a action taker, you are the big failure. Because IM need to be action taker and work hard to get the result.
While IM is not use mouth to earn money like consultant . All knowledge do need to implement.

Beliefs are powerful and our life will always be a reflection of what we believe about ourselves and the world we live in. This is not because belief is magical or supernatural, it's just because our beliefs tend to determine how we think, speak and act on a daily basis.

for example:
- If you are easily stressed, you will find yourself becoming easily stressed, even when there is nothing to really get stressed about. However, if you are someone who is imperturbable, you will tend to remain calm even in challenging of situations.
- If you think you have limited talent or abilities, you will avoid getting yourself involved in that task because you believe that it could end in failure. However, if you believe that you have the ability to succeed in whatever area you choose to commit yourself to, you won't hesitate to commit yourself to that task.
- If you think you are lazy, shy, short-tempered, weak-willed or prone to addiction, you probably will be lazy, shy, short-tempered, weak-willed or prone to addiction. However, if you believe that you are productive, capable, confident, patient or you have a strong personality, you probably will be productive, capable, confident, patient or have a strong personality.
The point is... our beliefs about ourselves and the world we live in are self-fulfilling. They shape our experiences of life by influencing how we conduct ourselves on a daily basis, and this conduct then influences the kind of results we achieve.

Hey guyz...

I've rencently come across a lot of people telling me how hard it is to make money online while they starting off...And really i know how people feel...I've myself fell into a lot of traps while getting started online...and the fact is if you do not get yourself in the right frame of mind then you might as well forget about making money online...!!!

You dont need to know everything...you need to take action on them...I have no doubt that despite a lot of garbage getting released every day...there are still a lot of good courses and as a matter of fact the course does work unless you work for it...!!! People are the only one who fails due to their own fault...My first advice to everyone of you is that you need to have a great work ethics and stop getting distracted by evrything out there...!!! Start one course and go through it till the end and main thing implement it until you get results...!!!

Secondly which is probably more important is BELIEF!!!Listen in anything that you do in life you have to belief...this is possibly the ultimate reason why so many people fail online...because they simply don't believe they will make money somehow...!!! Well i got news for you if you think you won't make money online then you're right you won't...because your subconcious mind does what you tell it...For instance if i ask you to spot every brown shoes in a shopping mall..would you do it??? I don't think so...now if i tell you i will give $5 for every shoes you spot..would that change anything???!!! Hell yeah it will...what happen now? Your belief system totally change...!!It is as simple as this...Listen as hard as it might be to start online, remember the words of Thomas Edison "I failed my way to success". No matter how many failures you encounter in everything that you do...the ultimate lesson is NOT TO EVER QUIT!!!

  I'd add patience, realism, and the ability to take steps slowly, bit by bit and day by day.
  
  This is hard for some people because of the outrageous claims made by some sales letters. They think they're failing if they don't have $10K per day by the time their website has been up an entire week.
  
  You also need an ability to focus on what you can control vs. what you can't. Example: You can't control your sales figures from a website, not directly. What you can control is your daily efforts towards increasing traffic. You can control the fact that you're doing something every day to build those back links, to create brand awareness, etc.
  
  You can control continuing to add content, add value, add engagement.
  
  I see internet marketing as a garden that I'm cultivating. I'm planting seeds and tending my little plot, and soon I'll get the tasty, beautiful bounty. But it has to come in its own time, and it won't come if I let weeds choke it out.

I agree with what has being said so far, I will add though that there is the other extreme case of consistently taking the wrong actions. This leads to chasing the tail syndrome. You need a positive can do mindset, knowledge (not all, some fundamental knowledge to orient you on the right path).
