Tips on growth
- wake up early in the morning and go jogging (about 2-4 miles). Find a friend to do that with. Jog really slow, almost walk. Increase your speed over time. Depending on your age your heart rate should remain between (220-YourAge)*0,6...(220-YourAge)*0,7. So if you're 20 years old it's:
(220-20)*0,6...(220-20)*0,7
200*0,6...200*0,7
120...140
Your heartrate should remain between 120-140.This will help you with fat loss.
-While eating breakfast go over your goals (read them out loud) and focus on what you're going to do during the day to become closer to your goals.
-Plan your working schedule - Don't do ANYTHING else on that time - remain disciplined. If you have done everything you can do during your working hours... read about your field of work.
-Plan your fun. You will NEED to have fun to stay productive so you might as well plan it. Go out with your friends or whatever but it should be planned to remain disciplined.
-Have low goals until you feel comfortable with your overall schedule. Take at least 21 days for low goals if your starting out. If your schedule is a habit - you should know your limits by now - raise your goals slightly out of your comfort zone (force yourself to grow). Reach your goals no matter what. No procrastination! No whining! No excuses!
-Be nice to other people even if they are not nice to you. Be a mental giant. It WILL grow your confidence. But be careful - it doesn't mean you should let other people step on you. Speak your mind!
-Once a week look over your goals and plan ahead (i usually do that on sundays)
- "Don't sacrifice what you want to what you want right now!" Your goals are important, your current desires are not!
