I Have Decided to Change Myself

You know what? That's it!!! I am fed up with myself!!! I don't when it happened or why, but I have become such a slob... No, don't get me wrong. I take showers everyday and keep myself clean. What I am talking about are my habits. Every night, I promise myself that I'll exercise tomorrow and eat healthy. But the same thing happens everyday. I wake up late, miss the exercise, skip the breakfast and reach office already tired due to the stress.

So, I have now decided to put an end to this. I have decided to sleep an hour earlier so I won't wake up late. For this, I also take my dinner 1 and a half hour earlier. And you know what? After trying this for a week, I feel great.

I think you should also do the same.

For most people, the body clock stays ticking properly when it's in a normal routine -- one that ends before midnight and starts before 10am ( at the least ).

If you're getting better RESULTS, stick with it.

However, some folks, based off their situation NEED TO, HAVE TO, and just plain WANT to play Dracula Entrepreneur... I feel their pain, and sometimes pleasure ( Yup, some of my best work took place at 4am in the morning :-)

I find that writing goals down always is effective

    Next 24 hours
    Next seven days
Next Month, three month, sis and one year.

OR I try to do blocks of three months at least, the 24 hours are to really give me a kick start and to take massive action.

Dont forget the reward though, always have rewards for yourself if you achieve, it programs the mind to achieve I find.

I have a form I reuse to write down my goals, to have them staring at me to remind me is most effective also.

I think planning your time and discipline is essential. Sit down each evening and plan the next day; then work through your plan the next day.You will feel so much better when you keep up with your plan!
