I don't when it happened or why, but I have become such a slob... No, don't get me wrong. I take showers everyday and keep myself clean. What I am talking about are my habits. Every night, I promise myself that I'll exercise tomorrow and eat healthy. But the same thing happens everyday. I wake up late, miss the exercise, skip the breakfast and reach office already tired due to the stress.
So, I have now decided to put an end to this. I have decided to sleep an hour earlier so I won't wake up late. For this, I also take my dinner 1 and a half hour earlier. And you know what? After trying this for a week, I feel great.
I think you should also do the same.
