Can you give me an Affirmation for my goal please?

Hi ALL

My goal: to wake up at 6am


I have a terrible habit of sleeping late, i will always find any way possible to usually avoid sleeping until its 3-5am usually and sleeping any earlier doesnt seem normal lol
Anyway this is my goal, any ideas of affirmations please and how to use them?

    If you insist on using affirmations, I guess you could affirm how you'll feel refreshed getting up early, and the rest of your day will go smoothly and productively.

    But on something as simple as this, you could just dialog with yourself a little, to ask your subconscious to wake you up at 6am. If you're really sincere about it, no doubt it'll happen.

    However... sounds like your real issue isn't getting up early enough, but to go to sleep early enough. Take care of that, and the getting up part will get fixed automatically. I've been there.

    My recommendation would be to get into a habit of going to bed before 10pm. That's right, just to reset your inner clock, just get in there after 9pm or so.. and see if you can just doze off before it's 10pm. Because right around that time, the rhythms of nature change and you'll get a new surge of energy and there you go again. Give it a shot.

    I agree, I think it just boils down to creating a new habit. Right now, you have a habit of staying up until 3-5am. Your body has grown accustomed to it and for now... it's normal. I think the best way to fix this is to start training your body to go to bed earlier and waking up earlier.

    Yes, it'll be extremely weird because your body is not use to these sleeping patterns, but after a week or so, I'm sure your body would adjust.
