Hey fellow Mind Jedi's, uh, I mean Warriors.

I just had a thought I wanted to bounce off you guys. Any and all thoughts appreciated.

First, by way of brief intro, my career has been in sales and marketing and I currently do such for a fortune 500 company. I am looking to take that knowledge and experience combined with my real passion and start making a little money online.

I have a lot of interest and passion in all things self-improvement. Huge fan of and have read many books by Tony Robbins, Napoleon Hill, Wayne Dyer, Brian Tracy, and dozens more.

I know that is such a saturated market, but from all I can gather it seems that you can make money in saturated markets if you are both really passionate and capable at what you do and are able to do something unique. I've been searching and haven't found anything just like this.

Ok, without being too wordy, here is my plan.

1-Start a blog website, something like SuccessVideoDaily.com.
2-Create a YouTube channel and FaceBook page to go with.
3-Collect/create ~250 short videos that are motivational/inspiring/give practical success tips/etc.
4-Set the blog up to automatically update each weekday (excluding holidays) throughout 2012 with a post that includes the video and some comments around it.
5-Have some of the videos public, others unlisted where you have to either be a fan on FaceBook or newsletter subscriber to get the link to.
6-Monetize site with CPA offers, adsense, etc.
7-Occasionally market products directly to list and fans.
8-Drive traffic to the squeeze page and FaceBook fan page.
9-Drive more traffic.
10-Drive more traffic.
11-20-Repeat steps 9 and 10.
21-100-Repeat steps 11-20.
