The video was a long way to explain that we just need to "do something" and get into action However, it is the most important piece of advice out there. Thanks for the video to help keep me going.

"Figure out what needs to be done to get through it and just do it."

      Words to live by.

Awesome video. I know EXACTLY what you mean. lol If a person actually stops and takes notice, it really is amazing how just getting started on some aspect of what you're working on can make all the difference for your approach. Those days when I procrastinate, I do get frustrated with myself, but the exact opposite happens when I take action.

One thing I would add (not sure about how many people this affects as I'm only speaking for myself personally) is that sometimes procrastination may come from being self-conscious about the end result. In the past, I've considered taking a particular route, but second guess myself when I look at the competition, which has lead to some serious procrastination! Like I said, I don't know how much this plays a part. I would imagine, if it does, it's among the new folks who are just trying to get started.

I often confuse procrastination with distractions.

I do realize that saying that you became "distracted" is often an excuse that simply masks the act of procrastinating. But it is amazing how easily one can start going down a different path from the path you originated from.

I've recently learned that when I think of something that needs to get done... rather than just put it on my "to do" list... I just do it. Right then and there.

Now to master the art of prioritizing. ;-)

Most def! My mentor put that into perspective for me. My sig says "multi-tasking is half assing a bunch of stuff at the same time" so I learned to eat the from while its in front of me instead of waiting. Thank you all for the excellent feedback
