What is your Life's Purpose?

Hi Warriors,

Almost everyone knows what they do not want in their life; however, it appears that many people do not know what they want.

Do you know your Definite Chief Aim in life (definite objective toward which to strive — never drift aimlessly)?

As Napoleon Hill explains in his books, singleness of purpose is essential for success. Do you believe that statement?

If you are having trouble selecting a definite chief aim, here are some thought jogging statements to possibly get you focused (the DCA should to be very clear-like a picture for example):

*Must have a burning desire to achieve it.*

*Must be the work you like best.*

*Something you believe that you can do better than anyone else in the world.*

*Know what you want*

*Know when you want it*

*Know why you want it*

*How you intend to get it*

********THIS IS HUGE*********

*According to Napoleon Hill, SIMPLY SAYING I WANT THIS OR THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY WILL NOT USUALLY WORK. YOU MUST DIRECT YOUR BRAIN TO THE TASK IN WHICH TO ACHIEVE YOUR DESIRED INCOME*

*****************************
I do not know about you, but I am all ears to an author who spent 20 + years studying successful people (wealth + happiness).

P.S.

If you look at Forbes list you will notice there is 1 source of each individual's wealth for the most part.

To your success,

AJ

I've know many things that I want but I don't know how to. I'm just not able to plan my future. Too many wished and too many restrictions.
But I'm sure that someday I'll get what I want. I don't think about what I don't want. The moment i get some negative thinking in my mind, I recall law of attraction. I hope it'd work for me.

Focus is a big challenge. And success is elusive, when you think you have everything in line, something's out of balance.

Success is for the strong minded only, I believe.

You title and your question within it seems to be two different persepctives. What my purpose in life is could be totally different from my chief aim.

Great question my purpose become clearer after lots of mediation and prayer. The single most destruction thing to a society is debasing the currency so my purpose is to put the control of the money and credit supply into the hands of the people and out of the elitist who hoard it for their profit. When you labor for the poor and oppressed God takes care of you. Most can't see their purpose because they think selfishly and not for themselves. Since I started living a life of service I have seen amazing things happen walk by faith not by sight.

  • I know what I want, at least I think so. Select dreams, peel goal is essential. I agree that the key to success is a good goal. Target to which we aspire, we want to accomplish with all my heart. We can target peel near and far. If it is a distant target, we need to plan everything well. Thus, to achieve dreams. Apparently, happiness is achieved with a view to the target. Purpose, motivation, what we love ... impact on our success.

Figuring this out is usually difficult. Many people I've worked with over the years DIDN'T LIKE their life purpose when they discovered what it was!

What I've taken from it is that your life purpose doesn't have to be cast in stone. It can change. It's your life purpose For Now.

Consider Robert Kennedy, brother of President John Kennedy and the US Attorney General. While his bro was prez, Bobby fought organized crime like an attack dog. He and corrupt labor leader Jimmy Hoffa would have an ongoing one-up battle of who's office lights were on the latest. But when brother Jack got whacked, that's the day this life purpose ended. Bobby went after organized crime no more.

Instead, he went on to become a spokesperson for poor and underprivileged people all over the world.

Now I do believe a life purpose is important to define. Remember, it's for "right now". You can change it if you want.

Imagine Megatron from the original Transformers tv show without a life purpose (Crush Those Autobots!). "Oh, Starscream, I just don't feel like it today. Bring me another energon beer."

This is what gets you up in the morning. Relishing it is important! Mine's quite clear:

To change the world's perception of salespeople from slimy tricksters who will say anything to get an order into trusted advisors.

That gets me out of bed. I'm excited. Let's change some skillsets, directions and mindsets today!

Many people don’t know purpose of their life so, I like to share:
Ideas on How to Find Your Life Purpose and Life Intentions

Finding and clarifying your life purpose and core life intentions can help you to move with greater focus and clarity every day of your life. Especially in these challenging times, setting clear intentions and developing and refining our life purpose can make it much easier to navigate stormy waters.
There are many ways to both find and develop your life purpose and intentions. Below are a number of useful resources to help you on this path of discovery. This information is provided to inspire you to be all that you can be and to lead an ever richer, fuller life.
A great way to start exploring your life purpose and intentions is to stop for a moment and ask yourself these two key questions:
What is most important to me in my life?
What are my deepest values and beliefs?
Give yourself time to explore these important questions and notice what touches and inspires you most deeply. Write down any answers or thoughts that come to you as you ponder these questions. Then use what you've written as a basis upon which to craft your life purpose and intentions. Consider also inviting divine guidance and your own inner wisdom to help you with this.

Many successful people say, find and follow your passion and the success and money will follow naturally. I didn't always believe this but I do now and have found it to be true.

Your purpose is something you love, something that comes naturally to you. Once you find out what that is you'll naturally want to develop it because you love it and it doesn't seem like work.

For me that is writing and teaching. But more specifically, taking concepts that are often confusing to some people and explaining them so they're easy to grasp. And there's definitely a market for this.

In fact, there's definitely a market for any nobel endeavor, even if you don't see it right off.
