me? I go to the nearest or my favorite coffee shop, bring my laptop there, and stay there for like some hours ... then get back home, I will feel better.

    Good tips all.

Exercise helps. I go for walks, or something getting a breath of fresh air works well.

Hmmmm, either I don't have stress....or, in all my years of owning offlines businesses, I've gotten so used to it, I don't know what it feels like any more. ;-)

Actually, years ago I got into the habit of taking mini, mental vacations. I'd just sit where I was, usually with my favorite tea or coffee, take a sip, close my eyes and imagine I was in one of my favorite vacation spots.

Now, I just do it out of habit and didn't even think about it until I read this post.

    :-)

If I run into a roadblock in executing some IM strategy,
it's helpful to take a short break and come back with a
fresh outlook and energy. A short walk seems to do wonders
and gives me new ideas all the time.

Very few people can concentrate for long in a noisy environment. When you really need to let your mind work naturally, it’s best to find someplace free of noise and distractions. Dim the lights to a comfortable level.

If possible, take a walk. The exercise will oxygenate the brain and a walk will physically separate you from any distracting environment or free you from less important tasks and demands.

Turn off the iPhone, get away from the computer and resist the temptation to check your email.

If you really can’t get away, purchase a set of noise reduction headphones and play some quiet instrumental music.

Has to be taking a walk for me. Play station sounds like it may be fun, but I'd probably stay on it too long...Best give that a miss.

I agree with all the other "take a walk" people. I live in a northern climate and in January I'll plug in my headphones, boot up Hulu and catch up on my favorite shows while walking on the treadmill. Not as good as outdoors, but it really helps to clear my mind.

    I use Crossfit and Music.

nothing will release seratonin like a good work out, and/or sex.

the other thing is music, i keep an acoustic guitar around me at all times. whereever i am in the world (travel with my clothes, laptop and acoustic guitar).

whenever i feel the demon inside coming, i play some riffs and it helps IMMENSELY

i also use chamomile tea and 5HTP supplements.

overall though, Crossfit training is the main de-stresser for me. ROCKKKSSS check it out

Have a nice place outside of the home that you can call your 'work-place' which often times helps productivity.

    There are many ways:

    1) Pray to God
    2) Day dream of living in your dream
    3) Think Big
    4) Visit the gym
    5) Go for a short walk
    6) Have a great meal
    7) Read some motivation or business books

Hope this help, may God bless you,
    Jeremiah
