Schedule Keeping Strategy

Hi guys, though I share with you my schedule keeping strategy.

I usually break up my tasks into several mini 15min achievable actions. Then I set my countdown timer to 15min and work my butt off. Once my alarm ring, I will move on to the next task.

Example
Setup autoresponder - 15min
Create Squeeze page, etc - 15min
Write an article - 15min
Linger on warrior forum - 15min
Looking for gigs on fiverr - 15min

This method keeps me alert and focus, if i finish before the 15min then I will surf the net till the alarm rings.

How about you guys? How do you all keep your schedule in check?

Hmm... 15 minute chunks might be good... sort of like billing.

    Keep it simple.

I just started using Pomodoro Technique yesterday and bought its App for Mac.
It's a 25-minute chunk (called Pomodoro) with 5 minutes break after each chunk. And you get 15 - 30 minutes break after 4 sets of 25 minutes.
It's developed by Francesco Cirillo in 1980.

It creates a sense of urgency so I try to finish my task ASAP although I feel that my task's not perfect.

    Here's my Pomodoro mindmap:

For me, a 50 min chunk is optimum, with 10 mins break after each.

I haven't tried the above before, but definitely think it's a good idea and may incorporate it. And yes, that Pomodoro Technique sounds interesting.

The attractiveness of it is to keep things achievable and in small chunks so that you actually achieve it. Very good idea!

Aldian, what's the name of the program you use for the Pomodoro Technique?
