Does anyone know how I can get a list of all the urls for mysite including the posts and pages.

    Login into your google webmaster tools account and go to "My Site on the Web" there you will see Links to your site. Click on that and you'll get all the back links to your site for each URL of your site.

      Can i download a list or is does it have bunch of &%^%?
      basically i want to create an rss feed with all of them ping it or use pixelpipe

    Tried, cant copy the list and oit has a lot other data. Any other suggestions?

    You can download the list of Only Back links from there in csv file. the same csv can be imported to create xml. I hope you would be knowing how to import csv data into xml element.
