Interesting viewpoint TJ. I do agree that confidence is a choice. I find that when I choose to focus on what I've accomplished and/or done well in my business I feel excited and confident in moving forward. When I focus on that loooong list of things I'd still like to accomplish I find I feel uncertain and my confidence in my ability to move forward drops. I find I have to actively stop myself from dwelling on what I haven't yet accomplished and choose to focus instead on what I have accomplished in order to move forward with confidence.

There is also a book by Paul McKenna that I thought was pretty good. The CD listening exercises are a bit weird but it's all based around hypnosis.
