I am "enough"! Really? Don't lie to yourself.

"I am enough".

Yes, that's the thing... but also 'no'. No point in lying to ourselves.

We ARE enough, wherever it is that we are NOW. We have "enough" of whatever it is that we need in order to do what has to be done. This is true. And we should be satisfied with that.

However, does it mean that we can actually *do* it (whatever it is that needs doing)? No, not always. Sometimes we may not yet have the right physicality (ever tried to run 10 K's without first training for it?) - but we DO have the capability to TRAIN for it. Therefore we have enough.

As for mental strength - it too needs training. Ever tried to give a 1-hour public speech without first rehearsal and practice. Few can. But we DO have the ability to LEARN how.

And that's the real key... do we BELIEVE we can LEARN? Because if we do, nothing is beyond our reach.

My thought for the day -

Good stuff mate. WE ARE ENOUGH, but that doesn't mean all our dreams and aspirations are going to fall into our laps while we sit around fantasizing. Hard work is the only remedy for an unsatisfactory life.

We are enough and we thank God for it... But we can always ask for more, so we can help other people too...

I use to believe I could learn I.M. but after 5 years of trying I am really startingto doubt that I have the ability to learn this.

    That's a great post.....

The I'm enough mindset is a reflection of our potential... but we do actually have to put in efforts to actualize it in the real world!

There are different ways of looking at that statement. One is the lazy person's way. "I will do what I have to, and that is enough." Another way would be, "I will do all I can, and that is enough."

It is a good motto, if you look at it in terms of not stressing over what you might've done.

It's what you do when no one is watching
that determines what you will be able to
    do when everyone is watching.

We are enough but unfortunately most people do not believe deep down that they have all they need. Hence all of the consumers looking for how to products. Tactics and strategies are not the key. Its belief and massive actions to get to the results you desire. Its the journey that will help you produce the results you want. Use autosuggestion daily from the 1% success stories and take massive action...

I agree. As the saying say "there is always a room for improvement". Just be open to new ideas.

I view "enough" like Perry Cox views his physique: once you become content, you've lost.

Focused action, consistently applied will render results over time. And with consistency of effort we get better at things.

If you have potential to achieve you are enough. That's how I look at it anyway.

      All the best, Kenny
