What Do The Successful Do That The Unsuccessful Are Not Doing?

This question is always on the mind of many. What's the answer? Let me paint a picture to help you understand what is happening in the world.

99% control 4% and 1% controls 96% of the wealth. In internet marketing 95-99% fail. What do the rare few success stories do that the others are not?

They learn from leaders who have the success they want. They have a work ethic that exceeds 99 people out of 100 work ethic. Think of your definite purpose as your mt Everest that you must climb to succeed.

You want to be the best dog trainer, fitness trainer, internet marketing seo trainer, self improvement gurus, etc. You must first have a definite purpose. One idea that you are willing to fight for until you succeed.

Next, you must be willing to do more than 99.9% of your competition. If you have ever watched the video "Wills Wisdom" there is a part where he uses the treadmill analogy.

He says that if he and another competitor get on a treadmill that he will win the battle no matter what. In fact he says the only way that he is getting off is if he dies. So he is saying that he is willing to give the remainder of his life fighting for his definite purpose until he succeeds.

What separates Will? His mentality of never giving up and what he refers to as sickening work ethic. So I want you to ask yourself this question everyday...

Did you do what 99.9% of your competition is not willing to do to climb closer to the top of your milestone. If no then you really do not want it as much as you think. NEVER GIVE UP and you will succeed with that one idea. TAKE MASSIVE ACTION and you will get your results faster.

    I agree with this

You must be willing to fight for what you want, stand up for what you believe you deserve, and foremost show that you deserve it through ACTION.

The fact is that most people may say that they take action, but only 1 in 50 (estimate) actually do take action. Most people believe they are taking action but instead they jump from one treadmill to another treadmill never taking enough action to get them up to speed.

Consistent action, with focused effort will get you to where you want to go, or at least close to it.

Exactly. I think the 99% who fail and fail consist mostly of people who seem to think the money is gonna come on its own. Maybe even people who are lazy in other aspects of their life and never managed to achieve anything. It's all about the mind set and work ethic. That above all else is the guru secret #1. People who look for the magic bullet kind of secret will never see what really has to be done.

I think most of the unsuccessful are hard working people, but many of them are just NOT working smart enough like the successful people. For examples,

    - Automative vs. Mannually;
    - Outsourcing vs. DIY
    - Day dreaming vs. Planing & Taking Actions
    - And many more...

As rule of thumb 99% are unsuccessful people and if you blindly follow the crown you are more likely to be ended up as one of them...

    Good luck folks

yes, right! I guess its about putting into actions what you have planned about. To be successful, you have work on it, otherwise, it wont be realized at all.

    Great post!

I completely agree that the "secret" is: purpose, vision, planning, commitment, hard work and a do-or-die attitude!

Those who are successful see opportunity where others see difficulty. Those who are successful see the glass as half full while others see it as half empty. Those who are successful see a problem, and solve it; even if it means working after others have gone home.

It's what you do when no one is watching
that determines what you will be able to
    do when everyone is watching.

  • When we let ourselves become curious and let our imagination run wild, we are allowing our minds to create things that our bodies can’t. The best part about it is, if your imagination creates something that you want and you believe in, your mind will lead your body to the desired outcome. This concept is something that we as humans don’t always grasp, we often forget about it. But it is important to realize our potential and how our minds work for our bodies. Allow your mind to relax every once in a while, let it dream. Let it discover. Let it create the things you want most. Experience the interactive visual you get when your mind works. These are the things that drive us to do what we know and love. They also drive us to do things no body knows. Invent. Create. With your mind and your passion, reality is what you make it. Things that your believe are real or that will happen in your life, will become a reality. Allow yourself to be consumed by your dreams and passions. You can do whatever it is you set your mind to. Don’t hold your self back. With these thoughts in mind, listening to what James Cameron said at the end of his presentation, “failure is an option, fear is not” can allow our minds to reach the endless possibilities of the human imagination. You could fail, but don’t that steer you off course. Learn to embrace failure, and put fear aside. Let go of your fear and realize your potential. Imagine.

Mind set is the number one factor. The people that are not successful have an attitude of defeat -or "this will never work" every single time. They are afraid, have constant fear.

That is a common trait of unsuccessful people, as well as not knowledgeable enough.

What do the successful do that the unsuccessful are not doing?

      Simple.

The successful people do what the unsuccessful people do not like doing

I think fear of failure is a big part in why unsuccessful people actually fail. They are afraid of failing, so don't fully commit.
Successful people tend to see failure as a learning experience. They dust themselves off, learn the lesson and get back to work.

    It's funny, because sometimes it's a mixture.

You need to consider the opposite side as well:

"What do the successful people NOT do, that the successful people are doing?"

In combination with your question, you get the 80/20 rule.

I think what's difficult is dealing with tedious work and lack of results in the beginning. It takes a very strong mentality and a lot of energy to continue doing boring tasks and losing sleep when results are minimum.

You have to always remember that all the hard work will be worth it in the end.
