Did you watch it till the end? How are you feeling right now?
When I first watched it, tears came into my eyes, I just couldn't avoid it. The video is so full of joy and happiness...

So... after I discovered it, the idea came into my mind... let's make a blog post about it!

Being Positive in Life - How is your mood today?
Our brain is yet an undiscovered world, no one knows exactly how it really works, despite the science investigations. What did you feel when you watched the video? Did you smile? did it make you laugh? did you even cry for a moment?

A positive feeling can make your day great, it can help you wake up in the morning feeling that you can achieve anything. And that's exactly the point I want to show you today!

It makes no sense to work focused if you are in bad mood, you are totally clouded by worries, stress, and things that keep your mind away. This happens A LOT on full-time jobs, being employed in corporations and stores, and even in the best families. I experience this myself when my job consumes my energy, and I must say that I use to have some really bad days at work. I found that my overall performance is severally affected when my mind is in trouble.

So being positive in life is a key thing to achieve success in your work or business, it is just too important to avoid it. It could be difficult to train, even more if you use to be controlled by your emotions, but it can be achieved, you only need to understand that it is possible. If you really felt something special watching the above video, if you felt that it raised your mood to the sky with joy, wouldn't you like to apply that level of mood in your everyday routine?

Let's make an experiment, and I will do it myself...
If possible watch that video once a day, preferably in the morning when you wake up. Feel that joy coming through your brain like a sky rocket and let it fill you in with that positive feeling I mentioned above. Then go to your work, or do your daily responsibilities, and try to keep it up.

Later on we can discuss it and see what results we are experiencing, so feel free to post your thoughts about it!

So... being positive in life.. is it possible?
Like any other muscle in the body, the brain can be trained and exercised too. So of course it is!
Wouldn't you like to feel good everyday, good with yourself, with your family, with your surroundings? I think we all want that, but it is not so easy to achieve. But we can work on it!
