Could defining your fears be more important than defining your goals?

F.E.A.R stands for False Evidence Appearing Real. This way I teach people at my workshops and seminars is to overcome fear by first understanding what it is. Fear is an illusion of a future event that our mind has put together. Yesterday is history and tomorrow is mystery and the gift is the "present" the now.

The power to change lies with our knowledge of self. Your true self is an amzing being capable of anything that it allows itself to be aware of and conscious of. Consciousness is awareness and awareness is one-ness and one-ness is infinite!

That is an awesome video Joe! I stumbled upon it last week. I'm in the middle of finishing Tim's "4 Hour Workweek" and I must say I am impressed. I kept blowing it off cause I thought it was just selling a pipe dream, but I'm glad I forced myself to pick the book up. Tim is a very smart man and I agree about defining fear. Many of us ignore fear instead of identifying it, embracing it, and pushing through it!

Interesting video, however, what may be somewhat overlooked in the video, is that in defining a projective provision of situation, the individual will automatically define its opposite reflection, as this occurs naturally in respect of the laws that seem to govern the physics of this Mother Nature, within this regional dimension of existence.

It is only the lack of perception of this fundamental behavioral feature of psychological characteristic, that inhibits its recognition and or acknowledgment.

To get a better grip on this, just think of it in terms of potential, and it's distillations of energy. Consider the energy in terms of frequency expressions. And now, consider that within the minds intellect of psychologies, the human vessel has the ability to conjure emotionally generated frequencies of force, that express themselves as radiant interruptions that impact substance within and without an immediate proximity, and which also condition and effect behavioral activity (both material and immaterial).



Behind The Fear

The incident circumstance or situation of fear, has a fundamental, which might be better understood if discussed in terms of a few of its intrinsic character features.

The situational expression of a fear, explains itself as either a beneficial anticipation, or, malevolent expectation of possibility. This means fear occupies the polarities of scale and spectrum of perception.

As such, this will represent that fear is an implied energy, within the existence of temporal conditions, that concern the human dynamic. Fear is an energy composed of generated frequencies of less than complementary character towards a state of mental perception..

Fear Is Casual

Fear is a technology, and is used quite casually today, as has been done throughout what we know as a history. We can currently see it in today's political debates, policy introductions, and character assassinations through media presentations.

This type of fear is used casually, in order to cause a conformity within a populations behavioral sentiment and attitude. Fear is a technology, and propaganda is one of its components. Inducing fear has repercussions.

Fortunately we are only seeing a subtle form of its effects, as the more polarized devastating consequence to past propaganda presentations, can be understood simply upon looking back upon the propaganda distributions of the 'Third Reich' in NAZI Germany, prior to, and during 'World War Two'.

Those were times when fear induced populations to police themselves into becoming informants, sympathizers, and proponents of behavioral distortions concerning the discontinuance of life. You will see similar diluted types of expression currently, in today's political climate without the violence. That's to say, divisiveness, racism, gender bashing, prejudice in religion, financial class discrimination, and the like, can be scientifically infused into populations without causing catastrophic conditions of violence and or destruction. Fear can do this.

Perspective

For one, fear is a perspective. The ability to induce fear can be external, internal, and or both, depending on a recipients receptivity towards consequential self generated emotionally energized frequency radiations of harmonic or disharmonic sympathy.

There can also be a consequential alignment with mental structural visualization and design, which actively behaves to form a confluent cocktail of event speculation as well as behavioral distortion. This condition reflects an atmosphere of tangible and intangible frequencies that can be physically felt as well as psychically sensed.

Concerning the humankind, an individual's chemistry of psychological strengths, will fundamentally effect behavioral expressions concerning interactivity between an environment, and or social relation.

It is only the human feature of 'clear perspective perception', wielded by an individual, that has the ability to focus the harness and the direction of the mentally radiated emotionally energized frequencies of concern.

The Condition Of Time

The perspective of fear can only exist within the condition of time.
Remove the condition of time, and remove the situational perspective of emotionally generated fear.

Fear is that perception of an unknown, however, as the removal of the condition of time occurs, the unknown becomes comprehensively identified as being a state of existence without a past, present, or future prescription of event occurrence.

This state of understanding can only occur as an individual decides to recognize a uniform consistency of sameness within all that can be surveyed as an environment, all related to as the social interaction. In other words, Everything Is Connected, Nothing Is Divorced From Itself - Tom Garris.

Rather than giving attention to the frequencies of fear, I might suggest that there is a better you, in the enhancement of the human psycho-mental attribute of, 'clear perspective perception', as the sensibilities concerning fear will express, less, at periods that compliment its existence. This will be because there is less conditioned mental atmospheres for it to exist.
