Self Improvement App's
I am a part time I.Mer and i work full time shift work. Some times doing shift work and all the trappings that come with it like lack of sleep, no body clock and a dodgy diet can lead to Insomnia. Which is what i got about 4 months ago.
Being an iPhone user, and desperate, i had a look for an app that might help me. I then found some apps from a guy called Andrew Johnson offering audio meditation in relaxation, better sleep but also in positivity, success and motivation.
Being a bit skeptical i bought the better sleep one and it was excellent! So i now have the others too and have to say that after a few attempts its really making a difference. All of the apps are getting 4/5 star reviews in the app store and i think they are really worth a look if your motivation is a bit down or you have lost direction.
