Uncover Your Limiting Beliefs In 60 Seconds...

Most people on the path of creating more success and happiness
in their lives are often totally unaware that they have a simple
way of uncovering any limiting belief they have.

Many wrongly assume that uncovering limiting unconscious beliefs
is hard or takes a great deal of effort, which is simply untrue.

You CAN identify the core beliefs that are holding you back by
focusing on what you already assume is true.

With the following simple exercise you can discover in the next
60 seconds what limiting beliefs are holding you back.

So here it goes:

1) Take a deep breath through your nose and hold for 10
seconds and then breath out slowly through your mouth.

2) Mentally repeat (just once) any statement that you assume is
true about one of your goals or objectives such as:

- It is possible to (insert your goal or objective)
- It is possible for me to (insert your goal or objective)
- I deserve to (insert your goal or objective)

3) After repeating your statement mentally (just once) pause
for 15 seconds and notice if you experience any tension or
anxiety in your chest or stomach, if you do feel any tension or
anxiety it means that your mind disagrees with your statement
and views it as untrue.

You can do this test with statements that you know to be true
such as your address or the town or city where you live to
verify that it works.

After identifying a few limiting beliefs you can now begin
working on eliminating them rather than continue to allow them
to work against you.
