Everyone says 'their stressed'' etc --But

How do you know, if your stressed ?

    feeling uncomfortable, your heart beat fast and bad mood. stress for some people will be different. this will impact to your body like you feel dizzy, or stomachache, or else.
    for me, when i get stuck i will feel dizzy and uncomfortable. but my mom would had stomachache. so, it's impact to your body.

    For me it's basically when you can't stop thinking about the consequences of not doing something.

    For me that normally translates into headaches, insomnia, bad mood, etc.

    At some point, we all have to deal with real nasty life problems... that's when you finally understand that if you actually take care of everything (family, job, income, health, etc) problems actually go away and you are not stressed anymore.

    Simple answer to a somewhat difficult question.

      If you seriously don't know, I think your life has been way too easy. And that isn't necessarily a good thing.

      You see, a sculpture isn't hewn out of stone with Q-tips or tweezers, but with hammers and chisels and once a plant begins it's tender ascent to becoming a sturdy tree or a prize winning rosebush, it needs to be pruned back a bit after it first starts to reach it's branches out and up towards the sun. If it isn't pruned, it will not bring anything good to fruition or it can choke itself out and die.

      Stress let's us know that we need to handle things differently to become stronger, healthier, and successful and unfortunately, not dealing correctly with it can also cause us to become unhealthy and even sometimes die.

    If you don't know what stress is then you never experienced it before and your life is way too easy and comfortable.

    For me stress is when I feel like I need some time off.

    Neck & shoulder tension, mental tension--inability to sleep, sharpness of temper, inability to focus, dominant thoughts are about worry. Spending all day doing things but not accomplishing anything. Jumping from shiny object to shiny object, thinking that's your way out.
