What do you do when you get really excited?

First of all i want to give a high five to this forum.

You know when you get that feeling that gets you really excited over an idea.

I gotta kinda strange habit that everytime i get excited i have to get a shower and while i shower i usally come up with my bussniess plan in my head.

so.... What do you do when you get an idea?

    I will write it down in my little red notebook everything a brilliant idea flash through my mind. Then, I will spend the rest of my day write out a plan to turn the idea into reality.

    And, I also like to think about my idea and enhance it during shower time. I don't know why, but when I shower, I will get calm down, and then I can identify the major obstacles to realize my idea. After that, I will write down the solution to overcome the obstacles in the same red notebook again =)

    I write it down! I keep a pen and some kind of paper with me at all times.

    If I could bring just one item with me to live on a deserted island, it would be a writing utensil. I think I would go nuts if I couldn't write. I would have to find a stick and write in the sand if nothing else!

    First and the most important thing is to write it down. From my experience, if you
    have anything on your mind, and think like 'no need to write it down I'll remember it',
    you'll forget about it without fail.

    It would be nice to take action on the idea as soon as possible, make a plan and put
    it into action but, as we know, most of the ideas never get acted upon.
