The Perfect Imperfection

Wow.

It's been such a journey working online over the past 2 years.

Pretty hard to believe I was sleeping in a car only a few years earlier and that I was struggling at my day and night jobs.

But it's finally happening.

I'm moving.

This is where the journey has taken me and will continue to push me. Towards the dreams that I've wanted for so long.

I'm not moving far away or to an exotic island, I don't need that. I'm not moving into a mansion or anything like that.

I'm moving to my new beginning. The place where I will start working towards a future to build a family, relationship, and all of the things I've imagined. The place that starts it all.. And in this move, I'm excited. I'm excited to see where it takes me, where I end up, who I end up with.

Many of you might know I'm only 22, but age doesn't really represent anything to me. I want to start pushing towards building a family that I can keep secure and stay honest to. Towards building a foundation for the rest of our lives.

I can thank so many people for everything that have done to help me. Above all I can thank Jocelyn and Elizabeth for pushing me. I know there have been struggles, I know there have been moments where it seemed that all was lost, but that's how life works. It's not perfect. But a great quote to live by is that it's "the perfect imperfection".

Good luck everyone that is on this venture, it's a road that will have struggles, it's a trip that might just make you trip, but in the end.. it's something you should hold on to.

Just remember to not lose who you are in the process. Because there are going to be hard times where you feel lost and confused. But you have to pick yourself back up, tell yourself why you started doing it in the first place and then push. Push yourself to reach those goals and ambitions.

In the course of my practice, I've increasingly been met by people with relationship problems -- spouses, lovers, parents, children, even the living and the departed -- people whose lives are disrupted by various issues regarding the ones they love, have loved or regarding the search for love.

Some, maybe most, of this increasing disturbance in relationships can be attributed to Earth Changes -- the changes of energies associated with astrological and solar upheaval impelling Earth's citizens toward Ascension. But Earth Changes, Ascension, Zero Point, End of Times, etc., energies only accelerate our spiritual paths, they don't make the lessons we are meant to -- or chose to -- confront in the Earth school. Consciously taking the road to Ascension makes our path quicker but the lessons are the same.

    Good luck Justin.

I know your story from your website. It really is impressive for someone your age doing good for himself. Though you dismiss age as being irrelevant, the fact you mention it proves that it is at least slightly relevant.

Upwards and onwards. I wish you all the best and thank you for the contributions you have made, both on this forum, Niche Blitzkreig etc. And here is to your finding all the other things in life.

    Martin.

Man was not made to continually work 70-80 hours a week. But, if you have an online job and a dream, you will do what it takes. I congratulate you, Justin. You have made IM your dream job, and replaced the other, while starting a life.

Many of us are working those long hours. It is stories like yours that inspire us! Congratulations, and thanks for sharing!!!

It's what you do when no one is watching
that determines what you will be able to
    do when everyone is watching.

The title of this thread brought me here and yes, I'm so with you on this statement. It reminded me of a story.

Years ago I was in a hurry to drive home. I was stuck behind 5 cars doing less than the speed limit on a highway, in the rain. I was ranting and raving, cursing and complaining and then, when I thought it couldn't get any worse, my tire blew out. I stood there, in the rain, changing the tire, complaining the whole time. Once back in my car I started driving and only 5 minutes down the road, around a corner, were all 5 cars that had been ahead of me - in a massive pile up. There had been an accident and I would have been in it if not for the tire blow out.

Turned out the moment I thought was against me really was for me.

    It was the perfect imperfection.

I gained an all new perspective on "imperfections" that night. :-)

I really appreciate their friendships more than anything.

Jocelyn is actually the one person who's been there for me the entire time, even before when I had absolutely nothing and was living in a car, she was there. I owe a lot to her and would never have achieved what I have without her.

Elizabeth was originally a client of mine, who turned into one of my best friends and now my business partner. It's amazing how life can put people in your path to help you push along.

If I could do one thing in my life, it would be to make sure that they are both happy. I couldn't live knowing that they were hurt or struggling.

No matter what, there are always going to be struggles, even someone who hits the lottery is going to have problems. That's just a fact of life. It's what you do with those struggles that really defines you.

Nothings perfect, there are always imperfections, but you can always look at things as perfection imperfections
