Have you ever tried Subliminal Messages for Self Improvement?
Can they work for you?
I think it really depends on your previous programming, your desire to change your life, and the types of thoughts you are still feeding into your conscious mind as to how quickly subliminal messages work.
Does anyone have any experiences using subliminal audio or video messages?

    I've worked with them before. I have found that they work BEST if the desire to change is there. I also suggest working consciously to identify the underlying self-limiting beliefs that are in place. Reprogramming "negative" thinking isn't as hard as some people might think.

    They work like charm! Here's the best hypnosis site. Heard of the Cosmic Master?         Of course these work! Yes, like someone said, it does have to be in a format that the brain - the subconscious brain - can recognize. And legally, you have to be told that you are being exposed to subliminal messages.

        If you want the message to work, to get the results that the subliminal messages promote, you will get them. Like hypnosis, there are some people who are more resistant to this sort of thing and some people who are very sensitive to it. Most of us fall somewhere in-between.

        I think there is great potential here. Especially if you are under a doctor's care or using some other means to help yourself as well. This can be an extraordinarily effective way to enhance the results.

    Just watch tv all day or even a little bit you'll see subliminal messages all day long.They work rather well don't you think?

    I used subliminal cd's before but didn't notice a change in anything. Actually, I used to listen to them at work. I read something recently that if your brain can't distinguish the words, then how can it know what to do? It's like someone yelling at you in a different language. If you don't know what they are saying, you can't follow their command.

    I have, however had great results with hypnosis. I'd recommend hypnosis over subliminals any day.
