What if all the negativity you hear is a test?

And what if this includes the negative thoughts in your own head?

    Negativity does not exist, there is reality, but I always look at the glass half full, not half empty.

    This is excellent Jason,
    for a start you have a very good and pleasant manner in presenting, so video is a very good medium for you to work in.
    I have explored different ways with control of thoughts myself and some are similar.
    I will share more later

      Thank you for the encouragement! I often felt I didn't really belong on camera. People told me that I have a clear voice for audios, like on radio, but with being on camera, I often felt a bit awkward
