Best business autobiography you ever read

I have only read two biographies in my whole life.. looking to pick up something exciting, inspiring and entrepreneurial all at the same time.

Any recommendation?

I've read many biographies, but none like you are looking for.

I have thoroughly enjoyed Steve Jobs By Issacson recently.. I have read many business biographies but none were more than 200 pages. Steve Jobs was exceptional long 600+ pages... but I enjoyed the better part of 600 pages.

The other I read is Michael Jackson's.. which I enjoyed too and yes Gene Simmons from the infamous band Kiss.

So you're not into entrepreneurial ones - is that what you meant?

No, I have just never read any entrepreneur ones. There are some I mean to read though.

One is the Richard Branson one (autobio I think). Another is the autobio of Duncan Bannatyne (from Dragons Den, along with Peter Duncan he is the Dragon I rate the highest). I also want to read Alan Sugar's autobio.

I ought to take action and just get them and read them lol! Where I live there are at least 6 charity shops nearby with lots of second hand books so I should be able to find plenty of business bios quite easily.
I read Branson-the shorter version years back.. guess Duncan Bannatyne and Alan sugar's bio would be decent read too.

Titan by Ron Chernow is a lengthy read but don't be put off by that. It's an excellent study of a brilliant business man (John D. Rockefeller).

Just checked out on Amazon - seems like a good book, if it's written in an interesting style,800 pages shudn't be hard..

      Thanks

Many of the great achievers had sharp edges and used unethical business practices. Two people that I admire are Henry Ford and Lee Iacocca. I believe they were ethical, but I would not be surprised if they were involved at one time in a shady deal. I read their bios long ago, so I have forgotten who the authors were.

If you treat people fairly, and don't cut corners, you will never have to hide from any unhappy customers. I can't understand why anyone would choose to operate in a different manner.
