Question your negative thinking!

Quite often people told me to question my beliefs, like my spiritual/religious beliefs, but have you ever consider questioning your LIMITING beliefs?

Consider: what would happen if you KNEW your fears were literally all lies?

I genuinely believe that's what they are!

Every single time you feel some negative emotions, they are really a lie that feels so real. It can often feel so physical that it manifests in the form of physical tension, and can even feel paralyzing. I'm sure you've experienced this before at least once!

So, here's another video I made on how to deal with negative thinking:

Believe it or not, as you keep questioning your negative thinking, you will notice your fears will gradually become weaker and weaker.

    Negative emotions are never good for those who want to pursue their goals and dreams. So many never even start because they are scared or just not confident in themselves. Questioning your negative thoughts can radically improve how you see life as you will see that you are the one who controls your own emotions and thoughts.

    A few Tips:
    - Every time you catch yourself thinking a negative thought, reject the thought, and think a positive one instead.
    - If you catch yourself visualizing failure, visualize success instead.
    - If you hear yourself uttering negative words, change to positive words instead.
    - When you say, "I cannot", say, "I can".
    - Do you repeat negative words and phrases in your mind? Change them to positive ones.
    - Open your mind to positive attitude and expect positive results.
    - Decide that from today, from this very moment, you are leaving negative thinking behind, and starting on the way toward positive thinking and behavior.
    It is never too late to change your attitude and your life.

      The above tips are REALLY that powerful yet because such information is 'free' it may seem unimportant.

      Anyone who applies the said techniques will get results as long as they apply them. It wasn't until I paid hundreds of dollars to learn similar techniques/principles that I actually started applying them and got results.

    I would say that questioning your negative thoughts its even more important than questioning your beliefs. Usually we already think a lot about what our beliefs are and why we believe them because thinking about them is what leads us to believing in them. Questioning out negative thoughts leads us to asking: what is the source of the negativity? Usually finding the source is a step towards getting rid of the negative thought.

    I was a tad negative before I discovered the Cosmic Master hypnosis programs. Nowadays I can't help but laugh at my previously pathetic self as my mind rims with positive thoughts.

    The hypnotic master is totally off the hook for out of the box thinking and in due course I discovered that I didn't look life with the "" (that's a magic phrase that induces the power of the soul inside to view life from a panoramic view and even manipulate the future).

    So I am experiencing a terrific awakening that speaks volumes. I see visions when I meditate and continuously seek the truth by looking with the eyes of the soul. There's an entire epistemology around this particularly entrancing hypnosis.

    His endemic energy will permeate all over your psyche because he got hold of mesmeric powers that work from the inside out. I feel good talking about things that are beyond the scope of logic and not stuff from the same stripe. The master puts any guru you've encountered to shame, running the hills bare naked yelling out loud "I'm not a POS".

    There are few things that can make you question your negativity and I would like to share with you...

    Everything that is connected with Shame, Guilt, Apathy, Grief, Fear, Desire, Anger and Pride can make you feel very negative and even can cause you some serious mental disorders. I agree that Shame is on the first place, because if you always feel that you need permission for something or someone, then you will always be at the bottom of the scale of consciousness.

    Most people think Fear should be on the first place, but from my experience I am sure that Shame is much powerful and can never let you do something that you really want!

    I experience the very same symptoms as you. Is that symptomatic or what?

    Let's kick that roller coaster in a spiritual overdrive and bring forth our inner demons to take charge. Lots of AHA moments spring to mind the instant I ENVISIONED a plethora of unimaginable things that spiraled into a vortex.

      Great post, you absolutely attract what you think of the most. So if you main thoughts are negative then you will get negative results and vise-versa!

      The problem is that naturally we all think negatively more often than positive, but once you consciously re-program your mind to only focus on the positive then it becomes easier and you'll see amazing results in your life.

    Now, I would like to share the other group that can help you never feel negative again...

    The group is called Power and it's consists from: Courage, Neutrality, Willingness, Acceptance, Reason, Love, Joy, Peace and Enlightenment. Courage is the first step if you want to walk to your path to Enlightenment. People usually need this or need someone to encourage them so they can start to change them self!

    Negative thoughts are perfectly natural. They are existent to remind you of the positive side of the matter. You can orchestrate your thoughts and have a healthy balance, both of the two worlds. Sometimes we befuddle the analytic mind as negative due to the emotions that arise.

    Learn to control your emotions and allow the negative to be a thrifty reminder of the positive. Your whole outlook for life will shift towards the better.

      Well, I must disagree with you and here is why...

      True, thoughts are perfectly natural, but how are you drive them it is up to you. If you drive them in negative direction, you will feel negative and if you drive them in positive direction you will be positive.

      Brain, like a source of energy is neutral, but the way how is driven is very important. Thoughts come and go, but it is you who responsible for their managing! The same is with the situations and people. They are not responsible, because you feel negative, it is your brain that let this things happen!
