The little man that did.

Recently I hired a personal trainer to work with me towards my goals of gaining 15lbs in the next 2 months.

My trainers name is Mike and I recently found out that he weighs a mere 120lbs but set the record for the amount lifted in his category for the state.

This dude is only 120 lbs and can lift 360 lbs off the ground..

I'm 165 lbs and can't even come close.

So I asked him what his secret was and he said this.

"When I go into something, I never say that I can't do it. I always tell myself that I can, even if it seems like the impossible, I still say I can do it. The same can be said when you lift your next set, you might want to give up, but once you can get passed that little voice in your head, you can do anything. Always say to yourself, I can do it, and you will."

I know we aren't all the same, in physical form especially, we are all different. But, I want each and every one of you to know that you have the power inside of you to do anything. You just have to keep telling yourself you can.

If you know anything about me, I've been working online for a bit over 2 years now, but never, in between any of that did I say, I can't do this. Since the very beginning I told myself that I can become successful in this industry.

Of course that's a lot of weight on my shoulders, but it's nothing like the 360 lbs that Mike lifted

He's only 5'3, hard to believe right?

    Totally blew me away.

I was being pushed to do pushups, curlups, pullups, and everything else for a 15 minute period nonstop, turned out to be crazy as can be.. I felt like I was dying. He did the same thing and wasn't even breaking a sweat.

@Mike, funny thing. When I went to the gym and asked for the trainer, he said "what are your goals?", I said, "I want to gain 15lbs", he replied, "wait.. you want to gain weight? usually people come to me to lose weight, this will be fun".
