Great video, Jason! I really agree with what you've said here and I'll take your point a step further by saying the following: When we give people what they want, it becomes very easy to get customers. When we overdeliver and exceed people's expectations, it becomes even easier to get customers. Meeting our customers' expecations and needs is great. When we blow them away with value and overdeliver in a way that puts them in a state of awe, we will always have more business than we can handle.

Seth Godin has a great concept, where he talks about being "remarkable". He refers to the term, "remarkable" quite literally, meaning, "worth remarking about". When we overdeliver to an unprecedented level, our customers can't help but remark to others about how impressed they were by our products and/or services. Being remarkable, by overdelivering, is the single greatest viral marketing method there is, which no super fancy plug-in or viral software could ever compete with. Thanks again for sharing your super video!!

Terry, thank you for sharing! I like what you said about 'remarkable'! Fascinating insight! And yes, I totally believe in overdelivering big time

I realize back when I wasn't even in business, I often overdelivered and it almost always turned out better, without exception =)
