How do you become super powerful and unstoppable

Is it possible to become like the guy on limitless, super motivated, focus, driven, minus the perfect memory and intelligence.

I have this vision of myself having tons of energy and just gets stuff done, going through life effortlessly, fully connected to my higher self, never procrastinating, never doing pointless tasks, but taking short productive breaks.Basically maximum productivity.

So far traditional goal setting has never given me that ability. I've tried countless self-help programs yet nothing worked.

How do you get there. That's the kind of person I aspire to be.

The best way I can think of if you have tried many times before by yourself is to get an accountability partner to ensure you stay on track and focused.

If this does not work, you could visit a psychologist, I am not saying this for you to feel bad, I am a psychologist myself and I can tell you first hand that when good people like yourself try and try so hard and do not achieve their goals it can be two things, bad goal setting i.e. not specific enough or emotional baggage, meaning you have a lot of stuff bottled up and that it is distracting you or preventing you from reaching your goals, or causing resistance avoiding reaching your goals.

In either case a psychologist will definitely help out.

Just think about this for a moment, the year that the U.S. Olympic team started dominating the Olympics was when they started using sports psychologists as part of athlete's coaches and trainers, and this was due to the fact that we are all human we have needs, wants, we are not perfect the psychologists roll here was to help the athlete focus and not be distracted by all the other things in the world like insecurities, childhood traumas, unconscious thought and feelings that could distract the athlete etc.

Everything that we do with our lives is based off of our past conditioning and current habits. If you are not productive it is because you have the habit of not being productive. To turn this around simply develop the habit of being more productive. It takes 21 to 30 days to develop a new habit, so consistently take action for the next month, do at least 5 things each day towards your goal, and before you know it, productivity will come naturally to you.

This makes a lot of sense. The only thing is there's a lot of things to having a productive day that it may take a lot more than 30 days to pull it off. I've heard teachers say to focus on changing one habit at a time, because it will be very hard to change a lot of things at the same time. I hope this makes sense.

Of course it's possible. You're already on the right track. You say you have a vision of yourself becoming like this, and that's a perfect attitude to have. You need to already believe that you are this person and you will be that person.

I have been trying to figure out something like that myself. Most of the books out their all say pretty much the same things. To control your mind and to focus on what you want in life and work to attain it.

As far as some secret sauce to make one a genus I know someone out their is working on this with test subjects but its not available to the public. Ha

We only use like 3% of our brain, the real tick it how to unlock the rest even 5% more would probably take someone to levels of genius. I have done some research to try and find a way to unlock or use more of my brain. Really all I found was to practice whatever it is you are wanting to strengthen and it will become stronger.

So if you want to read better read more, memorize better practice more. Psychology is a cool subject to look into and research.

But no I don't know of any shortcuts to fame or fortune! Believe me I have search long and hard. Their is no substitute for hard work and dedication.

Tell me the difference between brain power and mind power...

The brain and mind are two different things.

To achieve "genius" as in you have a lot of knowledge, yes, practice does make perfect.

If you want to achieve true Genius as in you have a lot of wisdom, you must use your mind. Meditation - live in the present, bring your thoughts to a singular, know who you truly are, understand what you truly are.

The Buddha quote in your signature is literal, not metaphorical. But to understand how and why, is real Genius.

OK .. I seems that we are after different things then. What I am trying to do is much different that what you are trying to do.

You definition of Genius is not the same as mine. People can be genius in any way they choose to be. You can't say only one way of thinking is true genius. You should know that.

No no I wasn't disagreeing with you. I just read my post and I apologize as it does sound like that, and is actually kind of harsh.

I was merely sharing the different perspectives of genius. Again, my apologies for coming across confrontational.

    Cocaine + a delusional amount of self-confidence.

Otherwise your best bet is for caffinee.

Healthy way: Sleep, excercise, and eat well.
